Robert Porter, Technology Director for the Campaign for Better Health Care and state-licensed Navigator for the Illinois Health Insurance Marketplace
Robert Porter is a state-licensed Navigator for the Illinois Health Insurance Marketplace. As a Navigator, he does educational presentations explaining how the Marketplace works as well as face-to-face sessions with individuals who want to use the Marketplace to enroll in health insurance plans. Robert is the Technology Director at the Campaign for Better Health Care, where he also acts as Intern/Volunteer Coordinator. He has an MA in Communication from the University of Illinois. A lifelong resident of Central Illinois, he and his family currently live in Urbana.
